We provide high-quality care by constructing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment, promoting the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of each child while responding to the individual needs of our families. Our curriculum, adult-child interactions and home/school relationships are based on developmentally appropriate practice. Because we respect children as people with changing needs, we feel strongly about building a flexible, adaptable curriculum based on the developmental stage, unique personality and special family life of each child. In developing curriculum, we consider both the typical developmental milestones that occur at each stage of a child’s life and each child’s individual strengths, interests and needs. Thus, children practice newly acquired skills as well as having a chance to work at their individual capacity.
